My Opinion About Waist Trainers

Waist trainers are popular for waist training to help us shape the waist. Most of the time waist trainers are made from thick elastic fabric (hooks, velcro, lacing) that compresses the waist and stomach to create a smaller appearance. Waist trainers often to be strapped around 8 hours throughout the day. It can be used as part of an exercise regimen, some believe it will help you to achieve that hourglass figure. Even though some experts said there are several possible side effects and risks, such as breathing problems, digestive system issues, and internal damage to the organ.

Despite all of the possible risks, there is still some con of waist trainers from my perspective. My biggest reason is to improve posture and confidence. Wearing waist trainers helps me maintain proper posture while standing and sitting, as it provides necessary support to my back. I wear it under my clothes to make my plus-size body look slimmer at some part which boosts my confidence even more. Another reason why I wear waist trainers is it can help me decreases my appetite, especially during those days when I'm on periods I tend to always want to eat more. But thanks to waist trainers I easily feel full. I believe wearing waist trainers for only a short period of time should be fine and a reminder not to set it too thigh.
